OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Quality bourbon or rye

1 teaspoon Rich Demerara syrup

2 dashes Orange bitters

3-4 dashes Aromatic bitters

Orange oil

Stir with ice. Strain over a BFC and express the orange oils over the top.
 Garnish with an orange twist.

MANHATTAN

—

2 oz high-proof rye whiskey

¾ oz Sweet vermouth

2 dashes Aromatic bitters

Luxardo Maraschino cherries

Orange oil

•

Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express the oils from an orange peel then discard.
Garnish with 3 Luxardo cherries.
