The RN and other right of centre parties are expected to do well in this election. Macron is as hated as Trudeau and even Sunak. I obviously am not French but have visited and lucky to have 'chers amis, connaissances et oui, amoureux' and know the feelings the emotion and the issues for the most part. But hate and scapegoats never helps and whatever the results are I wish France a peaceful and responsible step forward. The world is smaller and we have to all get along somehow. ReplyDeleteI lived and worked in the UK for several years. When I visited "my hometown" last winter, I didn't recognize it. The UK as I knew it is gone.
