DAY 433.1 | A PROPER FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST

"To eat well in England you should have breakfast three times a day," said the writer William Somerset Maugham, who spent a large part of his life living in France, and clearly thought the only meal Brits did well was breakfast.

Full English Breakfast, aka "The Full Monty"

"The Brits love a 'full English breakfast' and even go in search of 'the British Pub' when abroad for their daily fix. But a proper Full English breakfast has to have authentic ingredients, sausage, bacon, beans and black pudding. Here I show you how to prepare it... the way I prepared it for the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace. Grab a mug of tea, sit back and start the video."

  1. Let's be honest. Pour un Français, il n'y a que DEUX plats qui soient "edible" au Royaume-Uni : le "full English breakfast" et le "Fish & Chips" (notamment dans le Yorkshire).

  2. (Même le Beef Wellington est d'une tristesse infinie.)
