1 oz Rye whiskey
1 oz Cognac
1 teaspoon Demerara syrup
3-4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2-3 dashes Aromatic bitters
Absinthe rinse and lemon peel
Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into an absinthe rinsed glass.
Express a lemon peel then discard.
